More about Jennafer Frazier

I began volunteering at my local animal shelter in high school and I enjoyed working with animals so much that I decided a career as a veterinary technician was for me. I enjoy being a veterinary technician because I am able to help animals live long and healthy lives. Each and every animal has their own personality and I love meeting new ones everyday. I respect the clients love for their pets and I truly care for their animals and treat them as I do my own. Before working at IVC I had only worked at western medicine veterinary hospitals before. After 5 years I decided I would like to try working with veterinarians that combined conventional,  alternative, and complementary medicine to provide an integrative veterinary approach to pet care.

Using both systems of medicine that worked seemed to be the best way for the animals. Being able to see the results of a holistic approach is exciting and it is amazing to see the progress of animals that have been coming in for treatment.

When not working I enjoy the time with my boyfriend Brian, my Pyrenean Mastiff Fargo, pitbull mix Cammy, and my Maine Coon mix Dakota. I also love spending time outdoors biking, snowboarding, camping, going to racecar races, and riding quads. But my main hobby is commisioning beautiful pencil portraits of people and animals like the ones below.
